For almost thirty years, I have dedicated a significant amount of my professional efforts to the defense of criminal matters. I personally handled every stage of the client’s case from investigation, arrest, arraignment, plea conferencing or trial. I have handled virtually every variety of crime known to the laws of the State of New York and the United States.
My practice includes white collar matters as well as professional disciplinary proceedings. I have handled virtually every aspect of criminal law including arson, assault, burglary, central booking appearances, credit card crimes, death penalty cases, drunk driving, extortion, family court offenses, fraud, guns, identity theft, kidnapping, larceny, medicaid, medicare fraud, murder, narcotics, professional disciplinary matters, robbery, sex crimes and white collar crimes. I have tried more than 150 criminal cases in New York, New Jersey and Federal Courts since being admitted to the bar in 1976.
